Due to NBA rules, Dallas can not trade this years 1st Rd pick before the draft, so it would pick the preferred player for the Jazz and trade his rights to them.
Compensation: 3 first round picks to Jazz, good team/role players returning to Jazz , salary cap relief for the Jazz.
JAZZ: Time to make a change and show Mitchell you will get players that fit with his game. More about draft compensation and salary cap relief to take on that massive contract. Solid players the coach will get the max effort out of them and transition into the Jazz culture.
Decision to trade an allstar to another western conference team will be a tough call by the front office.
