Pacers send out Turner and LeVert for pieces that help now and give potential to the future in two separate trades with the Cavaliers and Hornets. Sexton is the centerpiece for the Pacers. They don’t get him for this year. This trade is about having the rights to match what the market sets for a long term deal for Sexton. His fit would feel similar to watching Oladipo run a pick and roll with Sabonis. Cedi Osman is included to make it work financially and becomes a bench wing for Indy.

Pacers also land PJ Washington to fit in the front court with Sabonis. He’s young, but there’s a reason he was invited to the Team USA Select Team. His potential is great but he can’t get the minutes he needs in Charlotte. Kevin Pritchard has also reportedly had interest in Washington in the past. Add in Oubre as the salary match and athletic wing the Pacers hoped they could have in TJ Warren, but nobody is holding their breath for his return.

Cleveland is able to keep the fun season going in a push for home court in the playoffs by flipping Osman for LeVert for their active roster. There’s little to no hope Sexton is back in a Cavs uniform again, so trade him for two years of LeVert, especially now that Rubio is out. LeVert brings ball handling, shot creation, and up to 20 points per night to an already strong team.

Charlotte receives the center they’ve coveted, giving up expendable pieces. Adding Myles Turner is the missing piece to completing Charlotte as a playoff threat. Running out a lineup of Turner, Bridges, Hayward, Ball, and Rozier, is a great fit. They give up Oubre, who is expendable, and Washington, who has fallen on the depth chart and can’t develop to his potential.
