I have added how many players each team currently has under contract. We would like for each team to have AT LEAST 12 players. If by the end of FA you DO NOT have a minimum of 12 players we will deliberate and add minimum contracts to your roster from the available UFA's.
You may ONLY carry 15 players on your roster by the end of UFA
If you are over 15 players you will either need to make some trades to get down to the 15 mark or you will have to waive them.
