Saw a few places talking about SPurs one of the only teams BI would fit, and I think it's an interesting possibilty.

Now that BI is willing to sign a shorter deal, Spurs can bring him over and give him 2 years $36-$40M. Especially once Paul is gone (deadline or offseason), Castle has shown he isn't quite ready to be THE initiator for another year or 2. He for sure will... just not yet. BI can do that. He knows he won't be the focal point, and Spurs culture is strong enough (unlike Pels) that he won't be able to mess up the offense. AND he'll be playing for a contract (as Klutch is now saying he's willing to do). Spurs for sure don't want to be overpaying Collins or Barnes next year, so move them out and use their money to sign BI. IF they want to pay BI, they wouldn't want to be paying those two as well. It's essentially a consolidation trade. Matkovic and Massey cover the back-up C minutes w Collins gone. The draft capital essentially for taking on those 2 deals + some of BI's worth. Maybe an overpay, but these picks are late and Pels will push hard to save face on this.

Grizzlies upgrade Kennard to Barnes, Konchar to Green (on an expiring deal). They're immediately better, this year and next. Extend Green if you like him? This tip-toes them into the tax, but by so little I doubt they care.

Pels get a veteran back-up center for next year ...albeit one being overpaid by about $10M. But still, it's a role they do need to fill. Konchar isn't a positive asset for them, but at that price he isn't really hurting anything. Kennard obviously is allowed to expire. Without at least 1 or 2 picks going to the Pels they'd have a very hard time justifying the Collins contract, esp when they're set to be players in free agency. In a perfect world, they also move off CJ's deal which softens the overpay on Collins. If they realllllly hated the money, they could probably send him to LA for D-Lo's expiring.
