What I want for this team: Goal : Be in Contention 15 years / 20 years

Parameters: Conference Finals 15/20 times by 2043.

[I respect the San Antonio Spurs era of dominance] I want to be a Ginobili era fan, I want my team to be like the spurs, competing every year. I want Toronto to be in contention every single year for 20 years, we want to be in conference finals 15 years out of 20. That's the number.

[...] The way to do that is to have a fanbase that's with deep knowledge of the game. The more intelligent the fanbase, the more we can demand the right things and the right decisions. Ultimately, we can weight on decisions in the proper way and achieve those goals.
