There’s rumors that detroit likes Jalen Green over Cade. If true then Houston could look to capitalize and trade up for Cade.

In this scenario Houston takes on a bad Contract and gives up a bad contract. They also get rid of Wood and House who have pretty good contracts relative to their play. They’re also able to secure pick 1 & 3 in this scenario which would presumably turn into Mobley and Cade.

Detroit is able to take their guy @ #2 in Jalen Green and also get 3 additional 1st round picks.

Cleveland gets a proven commodity in Ben Simmons and Christian Wood. It’s unlikely they’d make this trade but their is a very slim possibility that they’d prefer to take the known commodity versus taking a chance on an unknown. They’re also able to get rid of Love and Sexton (whom apparently is not well liked in the locker room).

Philly is able to move on from Simmons and get a a young pg with some upside along w Wall and Nance.
