76ers: With Harden and Embiid, they're obviously in win-now mode. This trade helps them as Barnes would replace the injured Danny Green on the starting 3 spot. He provides an excellent all-around game, which is what the 76ers want with their role players. They give up Green for salary matches, Korkmaz and Springer for the youth, and the 23rd overall pick.

Kings: With Barnes on an expiring contract, this trade would help them get an FRP in a deep draft class. They get Green who could be bought out if wanted, or stay as a vet. They get a young wing in Korkmaz, which is a good fit, and they get an experimental young combo-guard in Springer who can prove himself in a place without a lot of expectation.
