This trade benefits both teams for what they both want to do. For the Wizards, they get younger by adding 2 young players in Korkmaz and Milton. Korkmaz is on a nice contract for the next couple of years while Milton is on an expiring minimum. They also get 2 SRPs' in this. This is a great trade for a free agent who most likely would have left anyway.

For the 76ers, they get a great role player that was a big contributor to the Lakers championship in 2020. He fits Harden and Embiid so much, as he can knock down the 3 and also defend solidly. He could start at the 3 and Thybulle come off the bench with Danny Green, creating a good wing dept.
