Deal allows Miami to sign Kawhi and re-sign Robinson. Dallas and New York want to sign Leonard so probably won't facilitate a trade for him to move somewhere else by taking on money. They've got their eyes on free agents too. There's not many (or any) other teams that can take in that much money.

I imagine Presti would ask Miami to remove protections on their 2023 pick and throw in another 1st way down the road.
