The Dubs solidify themselves as title contenders. They get a rebounding and second chance points machine at center. And they get a wash at the wing position with LeVert. LeVert’s defense over the last few seasons has been consistently better than Wiggins, and his shooting numbers are very similar to what Wiggins was before he went to Golden State. It is reasonable to assume that a talented young player like LeVert will see a similar uptick in his efficiency and shooting percentages. LeVert also appears to be a smarter player and moves the ball much better than Wiggins does, which can only bode well for the Warriors offense. Starters: Curry, Poole/Klay, LeVert, Dray, Val Bench: Poole, Lee, Iggy/Otto, JTA, Loon/Belly Young guys: Moody, Kuminga, Wiseman They get the second most favorable pick in 2023 FRP swap with the Pelicans & Pacers

The Pelicans get one of the only centers in the league that has the skillset to compensate for Zion’s (albeit few) weaknesses. Turner can and will shoot the 3 better and more often than Val, and is a WAY better defender than Val. This trade gives the Pels a chance to make some noise come playoff time. Starters: Graham, Hart, Ingram, Zion, Turner | Bench: Kira, Saty, NAW, Murphy III, Hayes/Willy They get the least favorable pick in the 2023 FRP swap with Golden State & Indiana

This is the Pacers first step in a mini roster rebuild around Sabonis. They move on from Turner, get a face-value upgrade at the wing spot, and get assets to make a splash at the deadline. The Pacers will not contend this year, but this trade puts them in a position where they have the picks and salary necessary to make a big move without giving up a lot of their valuable role players, giving them a chance at contending next year. Starters: Brogdon, Lamb, Wiggins, Warren, Sabonis | Bench: McConnell/Temple, Holiday, Duarte/Brissett, Craig, Bitadze They get the most favorable pick in the 2023 FRP swap with the Warriors & Pelicans
