76ers- The season was disappointing and maybe moving on Simmons is the right thing if he can be confident and knock his free throws. Sexton is a young star who can score unlike Simmons and when Embiid can't find a bucket they can give it to Collin Sexton. Cedi Osman will help them with their shooting and another guy that can knocks shots down. A first and Paschall who can provide bench scoring than a guy like Mike Scott.

Warriors- Maybe looking for a star is the right thing if they want to stay young and powerful. Taking the stress off of Curry to playmake is needed.Klay can also be effective with the addition of Simmons. Simmons will also help drastically on the defensive side. 3 firsts and some rotational pieces seems not the price for Simmons but he does make Golden States cap situation not flexible.

Cavs- After seeing Sexton wanting out why not get involved in a three team Trade and get their draft picks as a rebuilding team. Wiggins most likely will be traded in the upcoming off-season. Osman is hard to give up too as well but building those Draft picks is important for the team.
