Rubstavicius is an interesting prospect who has solid size at 6-6, good athleticism and strength, and has been productive playing against good competition. He's a strong driver who can finish with either hand and through contact.
Shoots the ball well, although could speed up his release. Is an excellent FT shooter.
He's not an elite athlete and doesn't have great vertical pop but has more than enough quickness and overall athleticism for the NBA level.
RANK
6'7+,played in NBL, tiny shoulders, so a good standing reach but bad wingspan, shooting stats very good, looks like he passes and is alert on defense. Since he played in u-19 leagues a d then went too Austrlia.
Max thinks, he is a 3 level scorer who can create with both hands, struggles to finish with his left though, can't jump but is very quick, can guard 2-4, despite bad wingspan has incredible short area latterall movement similar to Fred van fleet, terrible rebounder, but has point foward potential as a secondary play maker, because of shooting and quickness can slot in as a 2 or small ball 3, surprisingly ok physical on both sides of the ball, beautiful 3 point creation but isn't that good off the catch, tends to over dribble, boom or bust project play, likely to be a stash

So, we know he can shoot. A 6'7" shooting wing is an intriguing enough idea on its own. The scouting report on his defense keeps me from moving him any higher
