++Strengths:++
Beautiful passer who can use either hand to dart passes around the court
Confidence and fearlessness in his playmaking while also limiting mistakes
Improving shooter who made 40% of his catch-and-shoot 3s and 80% of his free throws throughout his freshman year
Good touch near the rim
Flashes potential from the midrange as he can create space with crossovers and other combos
Long-armed defender who plays with heart, effort, and IQ both on and off the ball
++Weaknesses:++
Shooting must improve to maximize his shot creation ability as he struggles off the catch against tough contests
Currently a nonfactor off the dribble from 3
Below-the-rim finisher who can't explode toward the basket
Doesn't draw many fouls as he's more finesse than power
Lacks elite athleticism with regards to vertical and a quick first step
Floor General: Tall Tre Jones, Better shooting Anthony Black
Proctor has good size for a pg and should be able to defend other up in the nba. He takes care of the ball and zips creative passes frequently. He shoots well and has earned the main ball handling responsibilities at Duke over teammates Roach and McCain.
Proctor does not have a very fast first step and finishes below the rim. Serious question about if he'll be able to create advantages for his team in the NBA.

NBA Comparison - Shake Milton / Coby White
Proctor has been a bright spot for Duke this season, averaging 10.1 points and 4.4 assists per game on 45.7% shooting from the field and 34.3% from three. He can improve his draft stock a bit if he shows more aggression as a playmaker and attacks the basket more often as well.
