• not a composed defender; throws his body around too much and doesn’t project to be great as a post defender

• absolutely no threat as a jump shooter or scorer anywhere outside of the paint

• bad perimiter defender; overcommits and has slow recovery time

• doesn’t know how to set a screen

• can get tunnel vision

Konan Niederhauser is an elite athlete who lives above the rim as a finisher and shot blocker, and he displays some intriguing upside as a 7-foot shot creator. But he needs to improve his fundamentals to make it all click.
