He was the defensive anchor at a very small college in UT-Arlington, and only averaged 4.7 PPG. Not so good, right? Maybe, but maybe not. The dude is an absolute freak of an athlete. His fluidity and leaping ability is out of this world. He would immediately be the most athletic big man in the league. Which raises another concern, his size. He is a solid six nine, but weighs only around 200 pounds. Again, it doesn’t sound so great. However, his potential and upside is possibly unmatched. His work on the defensive end screams DPOY. He is mobile, and switchable, with a solid feel for the game. Spanning across two years in school, he averaged a wild 2.9 blocks per game. This is a testimony to his crazy hops. His averages in that category did decrease slightly in his second season, but an NBA team could fix that. His offensive game needs a ridiculous amount of work, but he is worth a shot. With the right coaching, in the right situation, he can become a beast of a pro. He’s as raw as raw comes, but it isn’t an overstatement when I say that he may be the biggest sleeper in this year’s draft. I just love this dude so much. There are no words to explain how incredible his game is. Watch some film and be amazed.
