Imo they should move Brogdon to free some time at the guard spots (split the PG n SG minutes between Scoot Simons n Sharpe, also occasionally some minutes for Rupert n Banton and whoever they will draft this year).

Seems like theres less n less time for Thybulle and by drafting Rupert he needs to be moved asap.

And last if they end up drafting Sarr, RBlll should be traded on draft night..hes on an amazing contract but Portland has to prioritise and maximise playing time for all young players, otherwise they will never reach their potential.

Atlanta use TPE for Thybulle, move done from 10th to 13th. Orlando gives Denver pick, which will be in the late 20s. Memphis again next year seems to be very competitive and is expected to have a pick in the late 20s.
