I have lebrons magic point number I think he has to pass.

I did some stats to figure out how many points mj fans will agree is a fair total by getting in a goat debate that I didn’t want to get in but did for the science. So…mjs 2 biggest weaknesses in his nba career case is first the baseball thing/gambling scandal. And the second is that mj also was a 4 year college player. Soooooooo, what I did is I took his career average of 30.1 ppg and multiplied it by the amount of games he would have played IF he played all 82 games for those 5 and a half seasons and then add that to his current point total. So the number lebron James has to beat is…46589.5. And if you don’t know, lebrons at 43440 so LeBron would need 3150 more points. So if LeBron would want this new number to chase he would need to play 65 games for 2 years and average 24.2 to get it. But if he played 70 games for those 2 years then he’d only need to average 22.5 over the 2 year stretch. Aaaaaaand, if he played 75 games per year he’d only need 21 per game. And why I believe this is the Perfect number is cause of how the debate is set up. Mj is this scorer and pure scorer that had a shorter career then LeBron. If LeBron beats an mj that has another fricken 6 years at the thing mj does best then what actual argument would you have. And this is also a big if he averaged THIRTY over 6 extra years of wear and tear and somehow also adding 82 games all those years are still not likely just cause even LeBron started getting hurt a little near the end so it would’ve hurt mj at some point even if it’s not right away to have that much tread.
