Milwaukee pounce on a new star in MPJ, offloads Turner's large contract and Kuzma's bad contract, and is willing to give MPJ an extension with their new cap space. He can act as a productive veteran to guide the new young Bucks team. They probably have to give at least one first, but with Brooklyn's chest of picks, the Nets may allow for some flexibility.

Brooklyn gets their Claxton replacement in Turner, who will work well with Egor Demin and Julius Randle. They take on Kuzma, either to work behind Randle or to be flipped later. The seconds they give up are only sweeteners for the Bucks, who lack the draft riches of Brooklyn. These picks could be changed or removed, just my opinion.

Both teams are active in free agency and may sign in positions of need (Nets with Watson, Bucks with Kuminga)
