Idk what the Starting lineup would be let me know in the comments. Either way Lopez and Ayo would be great in the starting lineup or getting good minutes off the bench. Both are great defenders at their position and score over double digits. Brook is also on a large expiring so lots of lakers cap space would be cleared for next season and Ayo is young so he can still improve as a player.
