Bucks get off bad Kuzma and Turner contracts and (will attempt to) get their swap in 2027. Kuminga is a new building piece, and by trading Green, they commit to giving minutes to Burries. The rebuild continues for Milwaukee with good young pieces and picks.

Hawks have to make a move after recent East trades to compete with a new big in Turner. Bringing back Murray is risky with his health, but Dyson Daniels cannot lead the Hawks to winning. If Murray is healthy and consistent, the Hawks push in the East. They take on Powell as well, swapping their first for the Nets' second.

Nets retool their roster by unclogging their maze of guards, committing to Egor Demin and Mikel Brown Jr. They swing on former #1 pick Risacher by giving up firsts/seconds (which they have plenty of), but also take on a proven shooter in Green. Clowney moves for salary matching. Rui Hachimura may likely also sign, but not included here.

Pelicans get off Murray's contract and take on Kuzma as a vet. They lose the 2027 swap (may not be willing to unfortunately for the Bucks), but this pick could be changed to a different first. They put full faith in Fears to work with Traore and Poole, and get back a nice little haul for Murray and that valuable first.

I think all teams improve, whether it's their priority to in the short or long term. Open for debate though.
