Why the Bucks do this: This move means that the Bucks are all in. It is obvious that Middleton is aging poorly and declining. This move swaps Middleton for a younger forward, and gains another playmaker and solid perimeter defender. Dennis would also work great in the P/R with Giannis while Dame sits. The only 1st which could hurt the Bucks is the 2031, as the Bucks will be near the top of the east in 2026.

Why the Nets do this: Nets get rid of 2 players who do not fit their timeline in exchange for 2 1st rounders. Middleton and Pat can also be flipped for some 2nds, or maybe even a 1st. Very obvious move for the Nets in my opinion.
