Why Denver does this:

They dump two bad contracts (Zeke and Braun) to land 2 elite offball shooters (AJ Green and Duncan Robinson) and one great playmaker/defender (KPJ). Jokic needs to be surrounded by shooters and this does just that while also making the cap sheet much cleaner and lunging Denver up to make good free agency signings next season and the season after.
