First and most importantly, the Bucks get their picks back for a full on rebuild, which should be their top priority if they decide to stop competing right now. They also get a (most likely) top 3/4 pick in this years super talented draft, which should get them one of Edgecomb, Harper or Bailey (assuming the Pelicans wouldnt do this if they got Flagg). Then, they get a still very young "star" which yes, is injury prone, but is at a low value right now and still has tons of potential at 24 y/o, and also a young somewhat promising prospect. Overall an amazing haul for GA, which I would take without thinking twice. They could run a: Dame - JHawkins - (2025 FRP) - Zion - Portis ; which is a good play in team to get an ok draft pick and go on a full on rebuild next year when you can actually trade Dame and all the contracts expire.

For the Pelicans, I think this is an obvious win. Their roster is (belive it or not) built to compete, and they could be a few pieces away of title contention after this move, if not there yet already.
