I think this is a fair trade for everyone, even the Blazers (maybe they don't want Randle, but they are getting a valuable 2032 pick from the Wolves).

The Bucks get a young player and picks back. Blazers get three good options and a valuable pick, and the Wovles get their Giannis with a good lineup with him.
