This trade allows Milwaukee to not just salary dump Turners remaining years for an expiring, but also opens minutes up for Ware to be the starting center as he was a young bluechip piece to the Giannis trade.

Turner had a down year, but with what Charlotte is building around there Turner is a great fit! The issue is the rebounding but you're essentially taking on a center who just made the NBA finals at a all time low value. Him and Naz Reid can open the driving lanes for Miller to attack, dish out, and create shots. They can play five out at any given moment with this core, and beat teams with shooting more threes.

Milwaukee opens the time for Ware, as of today right now the starting spot is edged for Turner due to his contract and second year tender there. Personally as a Bucks fan, I would love to see Ware under a new coach, development system, and team. And I would rather bank on the potential of who Ware can become, rather playing Turner to win more games. Ware shown amazing promise, and we're not even talking about the former lottery pick they got. Tidjane shown promises to be a 3&D wing in this league. It can develop alongside all these young guys.

This trade won't be the deciding factor for a championship, but both teams have a more clear path of what they want to do after this trade.
