Bucks have too many guards need more forwards, Wizards have a lot of wings, but not a lot of Ballhandlers. Lets balance that out.

For the wizards, the reasoning outside of balance is all about Trae Young insurance. Trae has not been reliably healthy throughout his career. The wizards, with AD and Trae, and built to compete somewhat seriously this year. If Trae goes down though, the vision of that gets much harder. KPJ can provide Trae young "lite" for them in small spurts off the bench.

For the bucks, we need wings as mentioned. Coulibaly is a bit different stylistically than what we have in Ament, Dieng and Kuzma by being more defense focused, and a bit more vesitile. He is not a good 3 pt shooter but then bucks can have one of those now with Giannis gone. Frankly, I would be happy with Will Reily or Justin Champigane too, just prefer Coulibaly more for his ability to play the 4.
