Trade #1 - Bulls get Derek Lively, #30 pick Dallas gets Isaac Okoro, Tre Jones(Using 20.8 mil TPE), Jalen Smith (Using 20.8 mil TPE)
Bulls are in rebuild mode. Dallas probably wants to take a step forward in Cooper Flaggs second year to build off his late season momentum as ROY. Getting three defensive minded veterans and a true point guard in Tre Jones would provide Dallas great depth. Lively has potential but is often injured. Gafford and Smith would be a good tandem together on the floor or backing each other up.
Trade #2 -
Bulls get Zaccharie Risacher, #23 pick Hawks get Patrick Williams, #15 pick
Bulls and Hawks swap disappointing players that need a change of scenery. The addition of Jonathan Kuminga really limits his playing time. Grabbing Patrick Williams gives them depth and defense at Power Forward while also moving up into the lottery. I think Risacher has potential just needs playing time. Hawks take on a little more salary but get a second pick in the lottery.
Trade #3 -
Bulls get #12 pick and #17 pick OKC gets #9 pick
OKC has a ton of salary obligation. Consolidating picks makes sense. They move up higher in the lottery and bulls get an additional pick for its rebuild. Seems win-win to me.
