After years of purgatory, the Bulls finally make a decision and it's rebuilding.
TRADES
The Blazers spent 2frp and 2srp, but received the new contracts of C.White and Kuminga and released those of Grant and R.Williams. This allowed Portland to strengthen and rejuvenate the roster to have a say in the West and free up space between the centers to give Clingan and Hansen more playing time.
The Warriors traded Kuminga, Hield, and Moody for Vucevic, R.Williams, 2 young shooters, and 2srp. With this trade, GS finally got the big mens he needed, got rid of the Kuminga problem (also getting draft picks), and freed up cap space to sign the long-awaited Al Horford.
The Kings get rid of Lavine's contract, thanks to the addition of a frp (protected by both SAS and OKC) and acquire three excellent rotation players (whose contracts are expiring), including a young and promising player (Ayo). This trade allows Sacramento to free up cap space, re-sign expiring players, and focus on youth development.
The Bucks trade 2frp, 1srp and 3 young player contracts to get rid of Kuzma's contract and give Giannis 2 crucial reinforcements to aim for the ring again.
The Bulls traded all the valuable pieces on their roster and took on big contracts to significantly increase their draft capital.
