Raptors get Booker who instantly elevates them into contention, with his elite scoring versatility and complimentary playmaking next to Barnes and Ingram, they also sadly have to get Ayo in this deal, as a Bulls fan it hurts, but at least he's a decent on-ball defender vs guards who can handle the ball, shoot, and pass moderately well. A starting lineup of Poeltl, Barnes, Ingram, Book, and Ayo is actually pretty solid.
The Suns do this(assuming this happens at the deadline) because Booker wants out, their season will most likely be in the gutter, and get 2 FRP, and the variable here is if Maluach develops quickly enough to where they're confident about him.
The Bulls get a young big in Williams, who is a solid lob threat, screener, interior scorer, and passer for a big, in addition to him being a good helpside rim protector and shot blocker, who has shown the ability to guard on the perimeter a bit.
