Bulls are (likely?) tanking anyway next season and beyond - so the cap hit...not ideal, but it doesn't hinder them for the majority of the contract. Pick 19 and a lightly protected 28 1st added to the draft cupboard. Raps get cap relief; and maybe P.Will is easier to flip with other stuff for something they need.
