This is how I would want to Cavs to retool for the present and future...

Present = put a team of Monstars around Harden and see what happens. Harden gets to control everything while he's on the court and has 4 guys that can cover for him on D.

Way more playmaking opportunities for Mobley as a true #2 option. This is the main reason Spida needs to go.

Allen gets more shots as they spam Harden PnR. Just a way more even distribution of shots will benefit the growth of Watson and Jabari too. Watson can play the 2, 3 or 4. Jabari is a younger Dean Wade (can play the 3, 4, or 5) with way more upside.

Harden . Watson . Jabari . Mobley . Allen ... FVV . Merrill . Tyson . Mario ... Meleek . Proctor ... Porter . Tomlin . Bryant

Future = Jabari gives us way more flexibility to trade Allen if the huge monstar lineup doesn't work. No ball hog Spida = Proctor and/or Meleek get to develop when Harden and/or Fred get hurt or need rest. A couple nice picks from HOU to find a superstar guard that makes his teammates better rather than paying Spida $75M when he's 34yo.

Watson . Mobley . Jabari ... maybe Meleek . maybe Tyson ... locked in as as the young core = ultimate flexiblity.
