This may seem like an overreaction to game 1 Toronto vs Cavs.. and it's true Toronto doesn't have depth right now, but wow does Gradey Dick look like the real deal. He would plug in so perfectly in the Cavs lineup and eventually can play play more SF than SG as he continues to bulk up.

Why Cavs say yes? Gradey fits their timeline better than the pieces they are giving up. He is in year 2 already bulking up and looks like bust is not an option for him.

Why Raptors say yes? They are not a Gradey Dick away from competing. Jaylon Tyson is also on Gradey timeline, plus a young depth PG and 2 picks. They leverage Gradey now for more current and future assets.
