I like it for the Cavs. Schroder is obviously better than Mann, but this gives us more financial flexibility which we desperately need. It looks like we're working towards a big trade / signing. Most likely working towards signing Peyton Watson. I just hate that we basically traded Deandre Hunter for Tre Mann
I'm not sure why the Hornets did this. Besides the cash consideration they received, I don't see a huge benefit for them. I guess Schroder will be a decent backup PG for Coby White and a decent vet though
I also love seeing Schroder playing for his 13th team. He is now 1 more team away from becoming the NBA player that's played for the most teams in history
