Cavs focus on defense and going with a few more vets and depth while filling their weaknesses. They give up a lot but also solve their wing issue and gain that vet experience they need to go to the next level. Losing Allen and his rim protection is difficult but I could see the Cavs opting to go this route because Wood offense would take a load off of Mitchell and Garland and allow for more movement and opening the floor. Also more depth. Still need a rebounding big man so possible draft pick up. (The Allen for Wood would have to be a separate deal since its a sign and trade for Wood)

Nets get a good package in return for Oneal and Finney Smith and get some young talent in return.

Mavs get Allen and the rim protection they need while also adding some offense off the bench
