Cavs get a POA and a Big that can handle the ball while also getting pieces to continue to improve the team. Not sue if Utah goes for it or not but I do know they need another PG and Carter is a defensive hound at the position. Just put Wade somewhere for a 2nd. Houston may have had a better package earlier this summer.
