Cleveland and Sacramento start the trade by moving Garland for a haul. Cleveland and Golden State do a sign and trade swap for Allen. Detroit gets brought in to facilitate the trade and gets a spacing guard and a future 2nd (maybe more) for helping it get tk the finish line.

Can also swap one of the other bottom feeder teams from the east that have cap space.
