This is an idea that would balance the Celtics Roster, make the Jazz a serious contender and help the Wizards move on from Beal's massive contract.

Celtics: Get the 'shooter with size' for which they've been searching for years (perfect for next to Rob). Beal gets his wish to team up with best-bud Tatum - as Beal is more of a distributor than Brown, he should be a better pairing (offensively).

Jazz: Ainge drafted Brown & Smart and Hardy was once their coach, so there's familiarity here. Coming off a second-team all-NBA performance Brown gets to be a superstar scorer - he's one of the few stars who wouldn't mind playing in SLC (he just wants to get paid). Smart pairs perfectly with Jordan Clarkson and the Jazz can release Olynyk and still have 30mil to offer a free agent (Jerami Grant possibly). They also keep their long-term pick stash to use on another superstar.

Wizards: Do-right by Beal by sending him to his ideal destination while acquiring a couple of young players in this year's draft and clearing up future cap space. RFA Grant Williams (on a descending contract) replaces Kuzma who wants too much money.
