Bucks get Zion to get people to buy tickets. They actually get a balanced starting young team with Zion surrounded with shooters: Ware-Zion-Ament-Burries-Herro sounds fun (spoiler: not competitive...yet). They get rid of Turners contract and Kuzma doesnt take any minutes from players that will actually be on the team in the future. They do loose Rollins, but Herro (local herro, hehe) gets paid on the PG role next summer, and Burries starts at SG to defend for both of them.

Pelicans give Queen the keys of the franchise and the starting 4 spot, with a new defensive 5 in Turner next to him (hoping to rehabilitate his defense and 3point shooting. Spoiler: he doesnt, who cares, its the Pelicans). They get Kuzma for the bench because why not, at least he is expiring. They also get more shooting with Hauser, which actually helps Queen. They also get some picks. Its Zion and Herb Jones. You aint getting more than that.

Celtics get Herb as a cheap multipositional defensive specialist under good contract for the next 4 years. They also get Ryan Rollins to share all the PG minutes with the new starter, Payton Pritchard. They loose Hauser but the improvement overall is huge. They add 2 good playoff rotational pieces for Hauser and some picks.
