The Magic will work Isaac's back into the lineup slowly. They do this so they can keep him healthy and then give him some playing time to build his value back up. By mid season it will become evident that they have to many mouths to feed at the PF/C positions. They will want Paulo and Carter Jr. to get most of the time at those two positions. That will leave back up minutes for Isaac's, Bamba, Okeke, and a few for Bol and Wagner. If he comes out on fire the Celtics will have to pay more for him. If he is just average this sounds about right for his services.

The Magic do the trade to get a top notch utility knife, in White, who can slot in at either PG or at SG. He can also start or come off the bench. He plays excellent defense and can help guide some of the younger players.

The Celtics do this because they feel they are getting an All Star caliber player at a discount. Obviously he comes with some big red flags when it comes to health, but they are willing to take the gamble to add a top notch defender who can also give you 15-20 points a night. He fits in age wise with both Tatum and Brown as his birthday falls between theirs. He becomes the heir apparent to Horford who only has a year or two left of starting caliber play.
