This feels like a light return for the Celtics, but the real gain is shedding the salary. I'm expecting ownership to blow-up the team this off-season to save $$ (they're currently set to lose close to 200mil next season as the roster stands) and this way they also get a 1st rd pick and a Horford-light replacement in Kyle Anderson.
The Heat upgrade at both PG and wing - they should be fighting for a top-4 seed in the East with this roster.
The Nets get Jovic and three 2nd rd picks. They don't have the nucleus to push for contention, but this should improve the team slightly (assuming Rozier's shooting bounces back a little) while gaining assets. It also positions them to go big in free agency after the 2025-2026 season, when they may be able to sell players on a competitive team.
Let me know what you guys think.
