I really don’t know how I feel about the Celtics trading for Giannis. Even more than that, I don’t know how I feel about trading Jaylen - I love JB.

I’ve HATED the trade Jaylen rumors in the past - KD a few years back, Kawhi way long ago, etc.

But JB maximized his value this past year. There will never be a better time to reposition than now.

I’m going to present two options (this being the first): Trade JB for Giannis - or trade him for a younger stud player + picks to reset the window.

For Giannis here, this should be wildly simple. For how long he’s been trying to leave Milwaukee, the Bucks wouldn’t be able to press the Celtics for much if they sent back Jaylen Brown - if ANYTHING.

A swap in 2031 is generous enough, but for a little youth upside - the Celtics can send Hugo and provide the early 2nd this year too.
