NOTE: Boston would trade two additional 2nds to Portland (not listed in options).

I’ll keep this simple.

Dame wants to go to Miami, Portland doesn’t want Herro, Boston probably would like to get rid of Brogdon (and Pritchard).

Let’s make everyone happy here.

Pat Riley would probably have an issue helping the Celtics, but if the Heat want Dame and theef another to team facilitate a trade like this before other teams step in with offers, then Herro makes a lot of sense as a spot up shooter for Boston.

The Blazers would probably want more good young talent in return, but no other team is flipping solid young talent for Herro (young pieces for another young piece doesn’t make sense). Pritchard would go home to Portland and have a lot more opportunity to grow, and the Blazers could take their time with Brogdon (if need be) to let him get healthy and build back trade value as they tank/rebuild.

I could see people saying the Celtics need to give up more here, which is why I included two additional 2nds that would be sent to Portland (they received them on draft day and they aren’t listed as trade options).

So in total:

Boston gets Herro for Brogdon, Pritchard, a 1st (2026), and three 2nds.

Miami gets Dame for Herro, Robinson, two 1sts (2028 and 2030), and two 2nds.

Portland gets Brogdon, Pritchard, Robinson, three 1sts, and five 2nds for Dame.

Let me know thoughts.
