Spurs trade Poeltl’s pending unrestricted free agency for the younger Grant Williams’ restricted free agency rights along with a high 2nd from Orlando.

Meanwhile, the Celtics and Raptors essentially trade OG Anunoby straight up for Robert Williams. The Raptors get a cost-controlled dynamic center to balance out their guard/wing heavy roster.

The Celtics would start Smart/Brown/Tatum/OG/Poeltl and likely close with Horford in for Poeltl in a super switchable, versatile lineup.

Personally, I’d hate to lose Rob Williams, but I do worry about his health, and I think OG with Smart, Brown, Tatum, and a big could be devastating. Celts would have to feel confident that Poeltl would be likely re-sign in the offseason.
