Celtics: The celtics have two goals right now, getting a center and dumping salary. This deal accomplishes both of them, getting a good, relatively young, big man who can complement their team for years to come, and getting all the way under the first apron in the process. They hope the first round picks will not be too valuable(Both tatum and brown will be in their early 30s when they convey)
Bucks: The bucks are all in, so they keep doing so here. Obviously it would probably make more sense to plan for the future right now, but since they are already so deep into it, they add a scoring punch to their team to give themselves a fighting chance in the playoffs, and also add a younger piece for when Giannis leaves. At this point this is probably a good move given how far they are into it anyways.
Nets: A return of 3 really good 1st round picks and not too horrible deals is not a bad return for Claxton. They could potentially shift some of the picks for their own to give themselves a longer timeline to tank.
