The Celtics just need to get better on the margins

1 Fire Mazula. Championship or not! Great guy but he just doesn’t have the voice of the team. They shoot way too many threes and he doesn’t seem to have the voice to hold guys accountable. I’d replace him with Jacque Vaughn.

2 Tell White you’re coming off the Bench. The Celtics are already thin on the Bench and we need his scoring and playmaking with the second unit. This move also moves Tatum back to the three and Brown back to the 2. Where both big physical players can use that physicality against smaller players.

3 sign Thomas we need his leadership more than his play.

4 Sign Oakafor and Mo Bama. Bama should replace Horford (who should be starting) in the starting lineup should Horford retire. Bama plays defense and can shoot 3’s two things the Celtics do. Jahlil Oakafor I think would be a better backup Center than Kornet. He’ll rebound well and can score in the halfcourt, now you sign him and tell him, he needs to work on defense but overall I think a solid pickup even without it.
