Clippers use the trading of Cam Johnson to to trade for a bench forward. PJ sucks and hasn’t suited up for the team in a year. Brooklyn wants expiring salaries and the clippers can help them do that. levert and Niang first are traded to the nets where they then flip the niang contract for a second and an expiring salary. A first, a swap, and 4 seconds from the Cavs I think gets this done and is fair enough value for not adding a young player like Tyson or Jerome. This helps them tank more efficiently and helps squeeze more value out of cam. Idk if this is fair value for either trade but it’s just what I think. Not only do the Cavs get a great wing player but they also get a solid backup center with rim protection which would strengthen their finals bid this year. Let me know what yall think!
