• Leonard notably does NOT have his contract voided and will NOT face any suspension, meaning the pending trade to TOR will likely go through now

• Leonard's agent and uncle, Dennis Robertson, is banned from all league business dealings for 5 years

• Ballmer suspended from all league and team activities for one year

• Clippers president of business operations Gillian Zucker suspended without pay for one year

• Clippers president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank suspended without pay for six months

• LAC organization and personnel to be overseen by the NBA in a compliance and monitoring program for five years
