Yeah, I am a fan in denial, and this is a trade that I see raising the floor of the team for the next few years. The big issue for our roster has been rebounding and center play since the Zubac trade (RIP that Indiana 29 pick). I think swapping BI for Sabonis and a collection of second-round picks. The San Antonio pick is lottery-protected and turns into 4 seconds when it inevitably does not convert. Jones is thrown in to fill out the wing depth. In a last move, we move one of our 5 centers to the Lakers, who need a real backup 5 behind Kessler. Clippers get some solid second-round picks and retool for our future of doom and despair.
