Mavericks Acquire: Isaiah Jackson, Pick #5 Clippers Acquire: Daniel Gafford, Pick #9, Pick #30, LAL 2029 FRP, and DAL 2032 SRP

With reports that the Mavericks are targeting Darius Acuff Jr., they offer the assets from the Luka/AD trade to move for their guy to pair alongside Cooper Flagg. Additionally, they get off the long-term money of Gafford and clarify the center rotation with Derrick Lively starting and Isiah Jackson coming off the bench. The Mavericks go all in on a costar learning under Kyrie and growing alongside Flagg. They lose some future draft capital, but they do not expect to need it. The reason the Clippers are getting so much value here is that they're taking on this long-term money and moving back. The Clippers officially signal the start of their rebuild and still aim to take Keaton Wagler with the 9th pick, who they expect to still be there. If needed, they can use some of this draft capital to move back up in the draft if someone else wants Wagler.
