What my grades depend on:

Trades and FA signings=40%

Extensions with players=27.5%

Draft=32.5% (Even if teams didn't get a good draft pick, selecting the best player still matters)

(Bulls should be D+, but there was no space and they still didn't deserve it over the other 3 cuz even tho the Giddey trade improved their situation and they drafted Buzelis, that Derozan trade didn't give them shit and they still can't find a way to trade Lavine, and they need to trade Vucevic too ASAP)
